TransitionReady provides AI-assisted lesson planning, rubric generation, and educational progress tracking tools designed for educators and special education professionals. All AI-generated outputs are drafting tools intended for human review, modification, and professional discretion.

3. Mandatory Exclusion of Private Data & Student PII

TransitionReady explicitly disclaims liability for any private or personally identifiable information (PII) voluntarily entered into prompt fields by end-users.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity conducted under your account
• Reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before implementation in a classroom setting

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All custom lesson plans, rubrics, and materials generated through your account belong entirely to you. TransitionReady retains ownership over the underlying platform technology, user interface, and branding assets.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Input confidential, non-anonymized student health or educational records
• Use the platform to create harmful, biased, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security features of the API infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

TransitionReady is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy or complete compliance with specific school district guidelines. Users accept full responsibility for inspecting and finalizing all generated educational plans.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
